How to soap fish maw:
1. Wash the fish maw and steam it for 5-8 minutes
Note: Do not soak in cold water at the beginning
2. Take out the steamed isinglass (it is normal for the isinglass to shrink after steaming)
Put it in cold water, then put it in the refrigerator (without a freezing layer) to soak
Note: Change the water 1-2 times during the soaking period
